The following are photos from the 1998 National Science Olympiad competition and various local math contests. The thumbnails direct you to the larger pictures.

I represented the Ladue team in holding our team banner with Karin during the Opening Ceremonies of the National Science Olympiad competition.

Those ceremonies were so much fun, all those people from all 50 states of the United States and some from Canada.

 Now for math. This is our 8th Grade Math team in Ladue Jr. High receiving 1st Place in the area in Division II of a regional mathematics competition.

Now it's the 9th Grade Math team from Ladue High School receiving 1st place in the area's High School Mathematics contest. Well, I guess only Mai-Lan and I stuck around for the photo.

Our 11th Grade Math team from Ladue High School received 1st place in the area. I was the only one who bothered to show up for the photo with our teacher sponser.
