I went to :gasp: Youth Symphony rehearsal today. It's been a while, due to the orchestra trip and state solo-ensemble. We didn't even play the Slavonic Dances, argh. Owell.
Well, if we have motivational posters at school, we should also have de-motivational posters, such as these.
We had a stroll tonight at the Frontenac Hilton for Ladue School District teachers. It was really fun strolling for people I knew! But it was very abbreviated, they only gave us like 30 minutes, but still it was cool.

Tonight the Hunger Outreach Project at Ladue had another outdoor theatre showing, they played Ghostbusters. I could care less for that movie, so Beth and I just kinda slept through half of it, lol.

Well, it's close to the end of my senior year, and I still don't have any senior pictures. Teachers and stuff are collecting them now, and I will have to come up with something. So I set up a tripod and my digital camera, got a white wall, and experimented a little. It's not bad, really, I think it's good enough for my purposes now.

Woah! There is a tight roller coaster that opened April 4th in Silver Dollar City, called the Wildfire! We're talking about a 3073-foot long coaster that lasts 2:16, goes 66 mph, with a first drop of 155 feet. It's got 5 inversions, and designed by Bolliger and Mabillard. The theming sounds a tad tacky, but so does all theming, but this is definitely worth a visit this summer.

Woah! St. Louis highways have electronic signage now! I saw some Saturday on I-70, and I saw more today on I-64. It's not functional yet though, it seems, but that is tight. I kinda figured they were moving in that direction, as they have sensors all over the highways now to detect traffic flow. I should take pictures when I get a chance next, hehe.
I think I'm in love... with the Bach Violin Concerto in E Major. After working on the second movement today with my violin teacher, I have come to a conclusion it is the most amazing piece for violin ever. So many feelings... such wonderful emotions in music...
